Our goal is for Marvin Church to read the Bible in community for the simple purpose of being shaped by God’s Word and conformed more into the image and likeness of His Son, Jesus Christ, who is the Word made flesh. You are invited to read the Bible with us using the YouVersion app. Below, you will find three reading plans that will allow you join in right where we are. Use the links provided to get started. There are hard copies of each of the reading plans available in the Welcome Center.
Read through the entire Bible in a years time using The Bible Project-Bible Reading plan. This plan gives short, informative videos to help frame your reading and lets you see other Marvin participants' comments. This plan starts over every year.
Read through the Psalms each month using the Psalms plan. This plan starts over the first day of each month.
Read through the Gospels in 90 days using The Bible Project-Gospels plan. This plan gives short, informative videos to help frame your reading and lets you see other Marvin participants' comments. This plan starts over every three months.
